I checked in with Michael Weber, V.P. of Food and Beverage, who said some customers are a little hesitant to try oysters.
‘If you’ve never tried them before, it’s not as intimidating as you may think,’ Weber said. ‘They really are delicious. You can put a little cocktail sauce and lemon on them and they’re refreshing, and they’re tasty, and they’re really nothing to be afraid of. I hope people give them a shot because they really are a delicious food.’”

I learned about better cuisine, proper manners, and the joy of a nice meal in a nice ambience. We hadn’t eaten here in years, but… although everything is updated and modern, it retained its quality and class. My seafood was lovely, the steaks looked good, the service was properly done. I’m really impressed that this restaurant retains it reputation as a place for a lovely meal.”
